At Kula, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Place the unworn items back into their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

Ship It Back

Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, securely attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
